Chapmann joined The Moser Group in February of 2022 as the Marketing Director where she manages all social media accounts, assists the brokerage team in flyer creations, and implements the information on Costar, LoopNet, MLS, and the TMG Website. Additionally, Chapmann develops marketing strategies for new and existing developments and projects.
Prior to coming to The Moser Group, Chapmann was an intern for Integra Realty Resources working with their Corporate Marketing department learning valuable information about commercial real estate appraising. She was also on the UCAE Board at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte as the Social Media Manager.
Chapmann earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2021. At UNC-Charlotte, Chapmann was a part of the UNCC Business Club, the American Marketing Association, served as the UCAE Social Media Manager and was a peer mentor for the Students Obtaining Success program.
