Originally native to the Union County area, Dylan has called Cleveland County home for many years. Dylan joined The Moser Group in 2024 after obtaining his Real Estate license to expand his ability to serve clients beyond his exterior cleaning business. Specializing in Commercial and Land sells, Dylan shares a passion with his clients over farms and large tracts of land where possibilities are endless for hunting, farming, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. From the mountains to the coast of North Carolina, Dylan covers a range in distance assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in all aspects of real estate.
Dylan has a background in project management, particularly the construction development sector, and customer service that extends into his real estate profession. Dylan resides in Shelby with his wife, Jaida and two daughters. He enjoys spending his free time camping, riding side-by-sides and hunting with his bird-dog, Ace.
