Mackenzie Moser of the Moser Group Inc., has been named in Union County Weekly’s 100 Biggest Newsmakers of 2019 in the business category for her pitch of a live-work-play project in Indian Trail. The project, known as “The Hub,” was passed by Indian Trail’s Council members on September 10th. Located near the new Town Hall on the largest contiguous parcel in the downtown area, the project will include 350-unit high-end apartments and a 105-room Marriott Fairfield Inn.
The development will also include walking trails and will offer easy access to amenities and a walkable front door for the town. The Hub will provide a grand sense of arrival along U.S. 74 and will change the culture of Independence Boulevard while creating a live-work-play environment.
The Hub, along with other developments such as the new Atrium hospital will create a vibrant, economically strong community where citizens can enjoy a high quality of life. This is the new gateway to Indian Trail.
Congratulations Mackenzie for your hard work and dedication to making Indian Trail a better place to live, work and play!
